Knicks Defeat Bucks 122-109 Behind Brunson's 43-Point Performance

Brunson Leads Knicks to Comeback Win

Jalen Brunson scored 43 points, including the go-ahead basket with less than 30 seconds remaining, to lead the New York Knicks to a 122-109 comeback win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday.

Brunson, who was acquired by the Knicks in a trade with the Dallas Mavericks in the offseason, has been a key part of the Knicks' resurgence this season. He is averaging 22.8 points and 6.4 assists per game, and has helped the Knicks improve to 25-23 on the season.

The Knicks trailed by 10 points with less than five minutes remaining in the third quarter, but they rallied back to take the lead for good on Brunson's go-ahead basket with 2:45 remaining. Brunson finished the game 16-of-27 from the field and 11-of-12 from the free throw line.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 37 points, 13 rebounds, and 7 assists. However, he was not able to match Brunson's shooting efficiency, as he finished the game 13-of-29 from the field.

The Knicks have now won three straight games and are 8-2 in their last 10 outings. They will look to continue their winning ways when they host the Boston Celtics on Tuesday.
